Due to the nature of pre-order sales and the unique products offered through Earth Diaries and Rebuilding Roots, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns on pre-ordered items once your order has been placed. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
All pre-ordered products are estimated to ship within a specified time frame (e.g., Summer 2025 for Sunia). Shipping dates are subject to change based on availability and production schedules. We will notify you of any significant delays that may occur.

Please ensure that the product is compatible with your device before purchase, as digital products, once accessed, cannot be returned.
If you encounter any technical issues or have difficulties downloading or accessing your digital product, please reach out to us within 14 days of purchase, and we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you have access to what you’ve purchased.

Annual Membership Subscription Policy - Earth Diaries
By subscribing to Earth Diaries on an annual basis, you are committing to a full year of membership. Once your payment has been processed, we do not offer refunds for the annual subscription, as the commitment is for the entire year.
Cancellations: You may cancel your membership at any time during the year, but please note that cancellations will only apply to future renewals. No refund will be issued for the current year’s subscription.
Access: As long as your membership remains active, you will have continuous access to all content, benefits, and resources provided by Earth Diaries until the end of your current subscription term.
Cancellation Process: If you choose to cancel, you’ll continue to have access to Earth Diaries until the end of your subscription period. After this, you will no longer be charged for the following year.
